Welcome to the T-CYSA!

The Tri-Cities Youth Soccer Association (T-CYSA) was organized as a not-for-profit corporation to provide equal opportunities for boys and girls age 5 through 19 to learn and play the great game of soccer. We organize local games, coordinate league play, host regional tournaments, and field teams that participate in tournaments throughout the region.

T-CYSA is affiliated with the Washington State Youth Soccer Association, US Youth Soccer, United States Soccer Federation, and Federation Internationale de Football Association.

The purpose of this Association, as stated in the T-CYSA Bylaw Statement of Purpose, is:

• To teach, govern and promote the game of soccer.
• To encourage courtesy, proper conduct, and respect for authority by the players, officials, and spectators.
• To promote a sense of fair play, good sportsmanship, and the development of leadership.
• To develop physical fitness, mental alertness, and self discipline.

What's New

Spring 2010 Info

• Dates: The Spring 2010 season for recreational teams will run March 6 through May 1, skipping April 3 for spring break, with the Spring Jamboree on May 8.
• Registration: Players who want to play in the Spring 2010 season (and who did NOT already register for the Fall 2009 season) should register by February 1, 2010.

Administrator of the Year

Congratulations to T-CYSA's Teresa Obenauer for being named the 2009 Administrator of the Year for District 6, Washington Youth Soccer, and US Youth Soccer Region IV! She is now one of four finalists for the national 2009 US Youth Soccer Administrator of the Year award, which will be announced in February 2010. Thank you, Teresa, for all that you do to help youth soccer.

Interactive Training Website

US Soccer has partnered with EA SPORTS to develop a website designed to help U8-U12 players improve their technical skills.

Uniroyal Soccer Program

The Pasco Tire Factory (1324 N 4th Avenue in Pasco) and Uniroyal Tire donated funds and equipment to T-CYSA in the Fall 2009 Uniroyal Soccer Program. We appreciate the support!

2009 Annual General Meeting

T-CYSA's 2009 AGM was held at 7:00pm on November 18 in the T-CYSA Conference Room.

Community Partnership with Albertsons

T-CYSA has partnered with Albertsons to raise money for T-CYSA programs. If you register your Albertsons Preferred Savings Card with T-CYSA's Community Partner ID# (49001011463), T-CYSA can receive up to 4% of what you spend at Albertsons back as a donation. Click here to download the registration form, or pick one up at the T-CYSA Office. If you return your form to the T-CYSA Office we will mail it for you.
