Welcome to the T-CYSA!
The Tri-Cities Youth Soccer Association (T-CYSA)
was organized as a not-for-profit corporation
to provide equal opportunities
for boys and girls age 5 through 19
to learn and play the great game of soccer.
We organize local games,
coordinate league play,
host regional tournaments,
and field teams that participate in tournaments
throughout the region.
T-CYSA is affiliated with the
Washington State Youth Soccer Association,

and
Federation Internationale de Football Association.
The purpose of this Association,
as stated in the T-CYSA Bylaw Statement of Purpose, is:
-
To teach, govern and promote the game of soccer.

To encourage courtesy,
proper conduct,
and respect for authority
by the players, officials, and spectators.

Need help coaching?
T-CYSA realizes that our players immediately benefit from the time and support of the coaches that grab a whistle. We also know that sometimes those coaches need some help too. We are trying to determine if there is interest in having a "Coaches' Night" where information can be shared and knowledge can be handed down from the people who have "been there."
If you are interested in participating, please email the Director of Player Development, Will Thielemann.

The Three Rivers Soccer Club, a member of the Tri-Cities Youth Soccer Association (T-CYSA), was accepted into the Washington Youth Soccer Regional Club League. The RCL is the most competitive league of premier club soccer in the state of Washington. Only 21 premier clubs throughout the state of Washington are qualified to compete at this level. Member clubs must meet the stringent requirements of the RCL, including a high-level of nationally licensed coaching staff, a specific academy-style training and high level of accumulated points acquired as a result of how its teams finished in the most competitive state championship tournament. For more information on Three Rivers, please visit their website at http://www.3rsc.org/.
Jim Kritzberg named 2010 Referee of the Year
Richland's own Jim Kritzberg was named the 2010 Referee of the Year by the Washington State Soccer Association at its Hall of Fame Dinner in Bothell May 8. Jim currently serves as the president of the Tri-City Soccer Referee Association (TCSRA), which is responsible for referee instruction and assigning referees to all sanctioned soccer matches in the area.
Jim was named for his role in statewide soccer referee mentoring, improving the level of referee instruction in Southeastern Washington, dedication to Washington soccer at all levels, and his role in the Tri-Cities hosting the very successful United States Youth Soccer Far West Regional (Region IV) Presidents Cup tournament in 2009. He credits the roles of the TCSRA Board, The Tri-Cities Youth Soccer Association Board, and the numerous volunteers from both organizations for the success of the Presidents Cup.
Jim is the second Tri-Cities soccer referee to receive the honor in recent years. TCSRA member Mikhail Alnajjar was the Washington Referee of the Year in 2004 for his status as a National referee and his work with the Pasco Soccer League.
