T-CYSA Annual General Meeting

T-CYSA's Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held in the T-CYSA Conference Room at 7:00pm on Wednesday, November 18, 2009. The main item on the agenda was the election of board members.

Election of Board Members

The table below shows which positions on the Board of Directors were to be elected at the AGM. A quorum was not present, so voting did not occur. Therefore, people will be appointed to serve in these positions until the next AGM.

1This position is normally elected in even years. It is currently vacant, so it is up for election now. The successful candidate will serve until the 2010 AGM.
